When the action icon button appears, click on it. A pop-up menu will appear; click on the delete option. You will see a confirmation modal asking you to confirm the deletion. This action is irreversible, and once deleted, the file cannot be retrieved. So please ensure you want to delete the file. If you click the "Delete" button on the modal, the file will be deleted. A snackbar notification will appear, confirming the deletion. If you click the "Cancel" button on the modal, the modal will disappear, and no action will be taken. Select the files you want to delete by clicking on the checkbox adjacent to the file name. To select all files, click on the checkbox adjacent to the column header “Name”. Once any files are selected, a delete icon button will appear in the header section of the ‘Knowledge Base Repository’ screen. Click on this button to delete all the selected files. You will see a confirmation modal asking you to confirm the deletion. *This action is irreversible, and once deleted, the files cannot be retrieved. So please ensure you want to delete the files.* If you click the "Delete" button on the modal, the files will be deleted. A snackbar notification will appear, confirming the deletion. If you click the "Cancel" button on the modal, the modal will disappear, and no action will be taken.
